Launched in the thick of COVID, this promotion carried the dual challenge of meeting aggressive deadlines while navigating highly sensitive cultural and consumer dynamics. I partnered closely with a fellow senior designer, collaborating seamlessly to shape the creative direction and ensure consistency across on-site, email, and paid channels. Despite the pressure, we delivered a campaign that balanced urgency with empathy, reinforcing Wayfair’s brand promise of giving back while resonating with customers during a uniquely difficult time.
